a haunted llama farm adventure!

This weekend Zeta and I flew the coup and headed out to my old friend, Mike’s, home in Sonora, Ca. to celebrate one of my favorite holidays…Halloween. Mike and his family help maintain a true blue llama farm and decided to invoke the spirits of llamas past and host a haunted llama farm Halloween party with music, bonfire, midnight llama tour, and some sweet new friends.

I was not only excited to get outta town and spend some time with Zeta and my llama friends, but we actually pitched our tent in the “haunted” graveyard…which was an obvious set up graveyard. Had it been real…I may have second thought pounding in my tent stake next to a gravestone. That’s just weird. It still freaked my freaked though when I had to potty in the middle of the night. Eeerry. But a fun kinda eerie.

Waking the next morning with a funny dog licking my face and a band of llamas staring at me about 10 feet away…well…made my morning after a super fun night. Here are just a few from the eve.  Thanks Mike and Amber! Can’t wait to see you again. I love you and your llamas!
